Payroll Subscription Error

I paid my subscription yesterday but re subscription dialogue box still appear on my screen and it will not allow me to do any payroll or reports. I don’t know what to do it will be great if you help me.

We are here to help you and you will be able to re-activate your payroll subscription that will help you to run payroll and open reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

For re-activate your subscription follows these steps:

  • Tap on Employees at the top menu bar.
  • Choose My Payroll Service.
  • Tap on Manage Service Key.
  • Tap on Edit.
  • Remove or again enter your Payroll Service Key.
  • Tap on OK.
  • Choose Next until you’ll reach on Finish.
